Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of opensources.dev and the Say, Clip and Hired browser extensions (the "Services"), provided by [LEGAL NAME], [REGISTERED ADDRESS], Türkiye.

1. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your account secure. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

2. Plans, payment and taxes

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices include applicable taxes where required.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the period ends. Passes (e.g. Hired 7-day pass) are one-time purchases and never renew automatically.

3. Fair use

Paid plans include generous usage for personal and professional use. To keep the Services fast and affordable for everyone, we apply fair-use ceilings (for example 150,000 dictated words per week on Say Pro) and rate limits. Automated, resold or abusive use is not permitted.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Services to break the law, infringe others' rights, send spam, submit job applications containing false information, circumvent other services' terms, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload our systems.

5. Your content

You own what you create. You give us only the limited permission needed to process it to provide the Services. AI output can contain mistakes — review it before you send or submit anything.

6. Availability and changes

We work hard to keep the Services available but don't guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change features; if we materially reduce a paid feature you've paid for, you may request a pro-rated refund.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
